1. What GlobalTrade Agro is

A marketplace connecting agricultural producers with exporting companies. Producers sign up on their own to publish their farms and offers. Exporters are verified companies that sign in with their existing GlobalTrade ERP account; there is no public exporter sign-up. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Prices, payments and agreements

• The prices you see are offers published by each producer, not a platform price or an official quote.
• GlobalTrade Agro does not process payments, offers no escrow, and signs no contracts. Any commercial agreement is directly between the producer and the exporter.
• The platform does not guarantee quality, volume, deliveries or payments between users.

3. Your account

You must provide true information and keep your password secret. Identity, farm and certificate verification is reviewed by our team; a verified badge means we reviewed the documents provided, not that we guarantee the user.

4. Objectionable content is not allowed

You are responsible for what you publish and send (profile, farms, photos, videos, documents, offers, messages and voice notes). The following is prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, insults or intimidation.
• Hate speech or discrimination.
• Sexual content or nudity.
• Fraud, impersonation, fake offers or fake certificates.
• Spam, unrelated advertising or bulk messages.
• Illegal or prohibited goods, or unlawful activity.
• Posting other people's personal data without their permission.

There is no tolerance for this content or for those who post it.

5. Report and block

Every profile, farm, photo, offer and message has a Report option, and you can Block any user: they no longer see your farms and cannot message you. Chat has an abuse filter.

6. Moderation

Our team reviews reports within 24 hours. We may remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or close the account of whoever posted it, without prior notice when the severity requires it. We confirm to the reporter that the report was reviewed.

7. Data and privacy

How your data is used is explained in the privacy policy. A farm's contact details and exact location are shared only with exporters whose contact request the producer accepted.

8. Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms; we will tell you in the app if a change is important. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
