Questions before you start
What can our team manage in GlobalTrade?
Purchasing and producers, farms and production, quality, inventory, sales and proformas, export shipments and logistics, cold chain, invoicing and treasury, accounting, people and legal work. Roles and approvals control who sees and changes what.
Is it only for banana exporters?
It was built with banana and fruit exporters in Ecuador, so the agricultural and export flows are deep. Trading and distribution companies use the purchasing, inventory, sales, logistics and finance modules without the farm side.
Which mobile apps are available today?
ERP is available on iOS, with Android in testing. CRM and Campo are available on iOS and Android. Import, Mail and Agro are internal builds in testing.
What happens when field teams lose signal?
Campo keeps forms, photos and GPS points on the phone and sends them when the connection returns. The full ERP workspace needs a connection.
Can different companies and branches work separately?
Yes. Each company has its own workspace and data, and one user can move between the companies they have access to.
